We’re transforming empty land and broken buildings into functional, beautiful spaces where families can thrive. No one should live in a home with broken windows, unsafe wiring, or roofs that leak. Ulmpa works to restore these spaces with care and purpose—making them secure, up to code, and filled with warmth again.

We see the truth of what many families face: two bedrooms for five people, unfinished basements, and unsafe living conditions. Ulmpa reimagines these spaces—turning basements into real living areas, expanding backyards into family spaces, and adding clean, private porches and safe gates for every home.

Our mission goes beyond the walls of a house. We’re rebuilding entire blocks—restoring lights, improving streets, cutting grass, and bringing neighbors back together to care for one another again. Through our Clean the Block and Safe Streets programs, we’re enforcing property standards, adding lighting, and encouraging police patrols to make every community safe and welcoming.

We’re also developing affordable apartments and Houses for both young adults and older residents—spaces that are modern, beautiful, and accessible. Because at Ulmpa, we believe that no matter your income or background, everyone deserves a home that feels good to live in.
